Shawntanette Morgan is the boost of Sunshine and Spontaneity Hollywood needs right now! In 2016, After losing her great-grandmother, home, job, car, and relationship, she began soul searching for a career she could stick with. One night she got lost driving home and stopped in Hollywood, Ca comedy club The Comedy Store to charge her phone and get her bearings straight and in less than an hour she met stand up comedian David Spade and became a stand up comedian. 3 years later she became the co-owner of former Inglewood, Ca comedy club the Open Mic Spot with hopes of helping comics jump start their careers like she had. The club closed due to Covid. She has since produced, starred, and performed in over 200 shows, tv pilots, streaming networks and more including Amazon Prime’s Self Made Comedy Series | Episode 1 “Baby Fever” titled after one of her very first jokes. She is refreshing and has great perspectives on parenting, politics, and relationships to name a few.
