Let's do some funny business at the Burbank Comedy Festival! Every year, top celebrity headlining comedians, and over 200 of the hottest new talent from around the world, converge in Burbank, California for a full week of shows, industry panels, afterparties, classes, and more! Past performers have included Adam Carolla, Jeff Garlin, Jimmy Dore, Tom Segura, Christopher Titus, Carol Leifer, Kevin Pollak, and many more. The Burbank Comedy Festival offers the next generation of talent the opportunity to perform and connect with top entertainment professionals, to encourage the expansion live comedy into the community, and to do some funny business in Downtown Burbank!

Renee started her career as â€"Pipi†on the wildly popular television series Degrassi High. Since then, she has taped two comedy specials (Comedy NOW! and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival Gala), performed at the Laughlin, Whistler, Burbank, and Winnipeg comedy festivals, and toured the country (that country being Canada) doing standup with the world’s largest chain of comedy clubs, Yuk Yuk’s. She has written, and performed on, numerous Canadian television shows, including being a series regular for four seasons on the hit sketch comedy show COMEDY INC, and is a Phil Hartman and Canadian Comedy Award winner. She is a regular sketch performer on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and can be seen in The Thundermans, The Goldbergs, Workhaholics, and as a series regular in a new sketch comedy show Now We Know by the creators of King of the Hill and Silicon Valley. Lauren Harding is a registered nurse who graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She works at one of the best hospitals in LA but she won’t mention their name here. For some reason they don’t want to be affiliated with her comedy. Lauren resides in her Los Angeles apartment with her loving self after divorcing a now gay man. Yep. Comedian Melissa Dockrey OC STEEL HOUSE, BOBBY V'S COCKTAILS,
Her mom was a single parent trying to raise both her and her rambunctious older brother Robert, while being faced with the devastations of poverty. Melissa’s early outlook on life seemed rather bleak. Both Robert and her began at an early age experimenting with different forms of comedy. Over the years she has struggled physically, emotionally, and mentally. At the ripe age of seven she was diagnosed with type one diabetes, and through the years has battled clinical depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, obesity, and drug abuse. She has even been in not one but two comas. Today she is living her life to the fullest after losing her brother/best friend Robert, in 2019. She had weight loss surgery in November of 2020, and then adopting two kittens. One an angel and the other, a serial killer.
