The Oldest All-Female Stand-Up Comedy Class in Los Angeles. Lisa Sundstedt creates a safe, supportive environment where women can discover, express, and develop their sense of humor.
PRETTY, FUNNY WOMEN is the longest running, all female stand-up comedy show in the world. Created in 1995 by comedienne and producer, LISA SUNDSTEDT (aka, The Madame of Comedy,) PFW has been seen in several venues over the past 20 years including The Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, The Comedy Stop at the Trop in Atlantic City, The La Jolla Comedy Store and Flappers Comedy Club. PFW features a different line up each month and the hottest up and coming female talent in the business. These comics can be seen on network television series, national commercials and hit sitcoms. Some of the women who have performed on past PFW shows over the years are Sarah Silverman, Chelsea Handler, Tig, Natasha Leggero, Sherri Shepherd and Heather Mc Donald. Lisa also teaches comedy classes and the PFW graduation showcases feature 10 future comedy stars hitting the stage for their very first time. Stand up comedy has never looked so good!

Angel Laketa Moore was born in Baltimore, Md, raised in Kentucky and is the youngest of four girls. The acting bug hit Angel very young, so she begin acting in plays in school and at church by the age of 7. After high school, she attended the University of Kentucky, where she received a bachelors of arts in theater. Then she went on to get her master of fine arts degree in acting from the University of California, Irvine. Then in 2006 she moved up to Los Angeles, and began working immediately on the hit tv show ER for three seasons. Angel started doing stand up January of 2010 and is loving every minute of it. She is currently living in Los Angeles with her wonderful husband Marcus I and her adorable 1 year old son Marcus II.

Alexis Loya is an OG California girl born and raised in Sacramento! After receiving her BA from SJSU, she moved to Los Angeles in search of cheaper rent. Eventually she found herself working in independent film and television with award winning actors and filmmakers and has worked as a talent producer for Adult Swim and ABC. She in love with comedy because life's hilarious.

Rebecca is a lover of all things comedy! Originally hailing from Massachusetts, Rebecca studied Television-Radio-Film and Biology at Syracuse University, where she discovered her passion for making people laugh on and off camera. After experiencing one too many east coast blizzards, she packed up and moved to Los Angeles seven years ago. Rebecca’s love for comedy has led her to study improv, sketch, and comedy screenwriting at UCB, iO West, and Second City, and most recently stand up with Pretty Funny Women! When Rebecca’s not doing comedy, you can probably find her singing with her acapella choir or binging a new show on her couch.

Lauren Naftal originally hails from Alpharetta, GA. After attending the University of Kentucky, she moved around until she fell in love with the city of angels. She is new to stand-up and works in the tech industry by day. Don't ask her to fix your phone though, just try turning it off and on again.

My name is Keren Shimony by trade I’m a kindergarten teacher. After 20 years of teaching I left to be a homemaker and raise my kids. I’m happily married Second time around we have four kids between us. Three sons and a daughter. Recently became empty-nesters and I decided to join Pretty Funny Women in my quest to step out the box.

Comedian Kelly Piliouras

Kelly Piliouras is a Comedian, Fitness Model and Actress based in LA.
Originally from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan-- you guessed it-- Kelly Piliouras and Eminem are real tight homies.
Well, not yet, at least. Stay tuned.
Kelly spent the last 4 years in Chicago where she graduated Second City's Conservatory program and booked a spot on one of Clickhole/The Onion's comedic sketches.
Kelly is also a voice-over artist, best known for voicing all of the entertainment center, Legacy 925's, spots both on TV and online.

Dr Danielle Marr Collins is an Irish sitcom actor who moved to LA Q1 2023, Danielle is known for starring in single cam sitcoms such as 'Dublin Wives', 'Hell is Other Mothers' and 'Mercedes & Me'. Danielle and the rest of the cast were nominated for an IFTA (Irish and Film TV Academy) award. She was also the star of â€"The Real Housewives of Dublin†and â€"Celebrity Big Brother UK. She’s dual qualified as an MD Dermatology and Dentist, but wants to save the world one laugh at a time because after all, it’s laughter (not Botox), that is indeed the best medicine!

Lisa is an accomplished stand up comic, writer, singer, actress and producer. Her first professional gig was singing at Tokyo Disneyland. She spent another few months singing on a cruise ship, followed by four years on the road with the 50's rock group "Sha Na Na". In 1995, some jackass at the Hollywood Improv told her, "pretty women can�t be funny" so Lisa created "Pretty, Funny Women"...the longest running all female comedy show in the world. She has appeared on Comics Unleashed, Stand up in Stilettos, The Montreal and Chicago Comedy festivals and clubs across the country.. She has written on �Girls Behaving Badly�, �Chelsea Lately�, �Coach Charming� and was a producer on �Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor� for Nick Mom. She has done hundreds of national commercials and voice-overs, including campaigns for Vons/Safeway, Mattel, Ford, and Kraft. Her hobbies include gambling and, well, thats it.
