Pretty, Funny Women (PFW) began in 1995 as the first ever all-female comedy show featuring the hottest up-and-coming female comics in Los Angeles. It was created by Lisa Sundstedt, AKA the Madame of Comedy, and is now the longest running all female comedy show in the world.
Lisa produced the "Pretty, Funny Women Show" at the Hollywood Improv for more than ten years, and now clubs all over Los Angeles have been home to PWF shows. Some of the regular performers on Lisa’s shows included; Sheri Shepherd, Chelsea Handler, Tig Notaro, Retta, Natasha Leggero, Maria Bamford, Sarah Tiana, Vicki Barbalak, and Heather McDonald.
After presenting Pretty, Funny Women Zoom Virtual Showcases during lockdown, Lisa is excited to bring Pretty, Funny Women LIVE! back to Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank. We’ll see you there!

Lisa is an accomplished stand up comic, writer, singer, actress and producer. Her first professional gig was singing at Tokyo Disneyland. She spent another few months singing on a cruise ship, followed by four years on the road with the 50's rock group "Sha Na Na". In 1995, some jackass at the Hollywood Improv told her, "pretty women can�t be funny" so Lisa created "Pretty, Funny Women"...the longest running all female comedy show in the world. She has appeared on Comics Unleashed, Stand up in Stilettos, The Montreal and Chicago Comedy festivals and clubs across the country.. She has written on �Girls Behaving Badly�, �Chelsea Lately�, �Coach Charming� and was a producer on �Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor� for Nick Mom. She has done hundreds of national commercials and voice-overs, including campaigns for Vons/Safeway, Mattel, Ford, and Kraft. Her hobbies include gambling and, well, thats it.

Victoria started her funny career laughing at her upbringing in Sacramento. When she broke free from the farm she kicked her boots off in Hollywood where she has made her mark as the chick gamers date in Burnout Paradise commercials, giving her opinions on local talk shows and promos, and getting drunk onstage at comedy clubs to spout off dating stories. Her friends call her Vicki Vegas for her shenanigans. Vegas shakes in it's stripper heels when she comes to town.

Jessica is an Asset Manager, violinist, actress in a former life, singer, and comedian. Cannot dance to save her life.
Hailing from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Jessica was raised in an orthodox Mormon family, thus the comedy.

Diana Malota is an actress, executive producer, and stand up comedian. Most recently she starred in the feature film What Did Deborah Do? which she also executive produced under her company Shoot Junk Productions. Diana is a student at Groundlings, and trains under John Kirby for dramatic acting. She is passionate about creating your own work, and is currently producing another feature Sock and Buskin, set to wrap at the end of August. She is multilingual- fluent in Albanian, French, and Russian. She is also a strong pianist with 14 years of experience. When she's not producing her own work- you can find her skateboarding and gardening.

Maddie has performed in comedy clubs all over LA including Flappers and The Comedy Store, but she is most proud of being mistaken for Maude Apatow on occasion. If you have ever seen Maddie crying in a Taco Bell parking lot at 2am you are wrong because that was Maude Apatow.
